On-site Assessment: Our certified organiser will visit your new home to assess your needs, living habits, and family structure. Traffic Analysis: Analyse the flow of movement within your new home and appropriately arrange various furniture and storage items to ensure smooth and efficient home movement. Space Planning and Design: Provide detailed space layouts to help you visualise storage solutions and better understand how to utilise your space. New Home Storage Process: New Home Consultation → Traffic Analysis → Item Inspection and Placement → Suggested Storage Items → Purchase and Arrange Delivery (Optional: Self-Purchase or Item Consignment) → Same-Day Unpacking and Shelving → On-Site Adjustments as Needed
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional charge Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% charge. Weather Policy If severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, black rainstorms) make it unsafe or impractical to conduct the consultation, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. Late Arrival Policy Client Delay: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the consultation may be shortened to respect subsequent appointments. Professional Delay: If we are delayed for any reason, we will inform you promptly and ensure you receive the full consultation time or reschedule if needed, at no additional charge.
