After the Assessment: · Delivering a personalised organisation plan alongside a transparent quotation. · 100% Consultation Rebate: The assessment fee is fully deducted from your final bill when you confirm our full on-site organising services.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review our straightforward policies: · Rescheduling: Free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. · Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. · Severe Weather: If extreme weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm) makes travel unsafe, we will seamlessly reschedule your session at no extra cost. · Late Arrival (Client): Please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate, but your session may be shortened to respect the next client's booking. · Late Arrival (Space Up): In the rare event of our delay, we will guarantee your full consultation time or offer a free reschedule.
