Service Description

Our professional team will first conduct an inventory and categorise your belongings, prioritising them by frequency of use and perceived value. They'll use the appropriate box types and cushioning materials for each type of item, clearly labeling the contents and the order of moving and unpacking. They'll also optimise the weight and volume of your boxes to avoid overweight or wasted space. During the moving and packing process, we'll also assist you with sorting and discarding. This comprehensive process significantly reduces the risk of damage and loss, saves time, and ensures a more organized and secure moving experience.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies Rescheduling: You can reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any additional charge Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% charge. Weather Policy If severe weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, black rainstorms) make it unsafe or impractical to conduct the consultation, we will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. Late Arrival Policy Client Delay: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but the consultation may be shortened to respect subsequent appointments. Professional Delay: If we are delayed for any reason, we will inform you promptly and ensure you receive the full consultation time or reschedule if needed, at no additional charge.
